Discrimination? WE have something against it!
Client: Antidiskriminierungsstelle Role: Art Direction Agency: TLGG Agency
Most people don’t even realize that discrimination isn’t just unfair – it’s illegal. Shockingly, only 34% in Germany know about the General Equal Treatment Act (AGG) and their rights. That’s exactly why the Anti-Discrimination Office launched a nationwide campaign to break the silence and put discrimination – whether at work, in clubs, on the housing market, or while job hunting – front and center.
The campaign stands out with a look that’s intentionally a little out of step with the times. Because, honestly, discrimination belongs in the past – and in the trash. With the support of expert Hans Joachim Heiss, we brought every form of discrimination into the spotlight and showed how the AGG can help.
Turn Up the Volume Against Discrimination
At the core is a catchy music video with the hook “Discrimination? I have something against it!” Supported by bold short clips for social media, striking ads in (D)OOH, online, and print, and classic PR. Multipliers and easy-to-use tools like the Discrimination Check and Counseling Center Locator on our campaign hub www.habichwasgegen.de make it easy to get informed and get help.
Discrimination on the basis of ethnic origin
Discrimination on the basis of Sexual identity
Discrimination on the basis of disability
We didn’t stop at the campaign film and Prints. Together with our protagonists, we created additional formats where they shared their personal experiences with discrimination – giving the issue a real face and voice. For even more information and stories, we kept the conversation going on the official Instagram channel of the Anti-Discrimination Office (ADS), sharing in-depth feed posts and resources.
